Two things of note:
- Someone should find out right away about the RCA cable. There is definitely a maximum length. Ask at A/V, and search online.
- Any cables that run along the floor will need proper guards. These can be signed out from A/V.

Your Location(s)
I went and checked out a variety of projection wall possibilities (something I should have gotten you to do, but it needed to get done), and the spot shown had the best combination of darkness, traffic, and proximity to potential contest locations. The staring contest itself can either take place along one side of the Auditorium, or along the wall in front of the 1st year shop, if you can't secure RCA cables long enough to reach the Auditorium.

Can we get the other wall in the auditorium? the walls on the side are really dark and grainy and I'm not sure how well it would act as a surface for the projection. And will there be a lot of traffic going through the workshop wall?
