PHYSICAL LOGISTIC FINAL PROPOSAL

The arrangement of the activation project will be taking place in the main lobby in OCAD.
The following diagram of the activation is arranged in the following:
1) 2 projectors will the on the wall.
2) The contestants seating area will be placed in between the projector wall and the camera on the television.
3) The sign up table will be in the middle.
4) The stage exit is located on the left, facing the tally board, and the donation section.


Basically, we chose the lobby as our favorite location because :

Attraction

-front entrance, people walking through to other events.
-enthusiastic, cheering audience
-competition

Entry

-line up and sign up at desk when turn is up

Engagement

-everyone can join in by looking at the projection of 2 players
-can yell out if noticed someone has lost the staring contest

Exit

-attend to other tables set up

Extension

- when someone loses, and attend the other tables, donation of any change on hand is given
