Hi Teams,
Based on the number of people in our class and the mandatory payment into this project of $20 per person we have a budget of $380.
I promise to keep all of the money safe and secure. In order to facilitate this I will only be able to reimburse those who make purchases for the project if they clear the purchase(s) with me prior to making them and provide me with an original store receipt for the purchase(s). Providing a receipt is crucial to being reimbursed.
The remaining balance of cash will be divided by the total number of people in our class (assuming all chip in) and returned to each of you the week after the project is over.
Please be prepared to provide me with the estimated amount of money you will require to make your purchases so funds can be allocated accordingly.
