The big picture- Josh and Katie

So far, this is what we have decided on, together, for the ACTIVATE!!! project;

  • it is a staring contest between two contestants
  • their stares will be recorded by cameras
  • the recorded stares will be projected on the wall(s) in the passageway
  • the actual event will take place in the lobby (auditorium, room 187?)
  • it is called Staredown, and it's motto is "Dare to Stare?"
Anybody with any more ideas or suggestions please leave them as a comment and I will update this blog. I want to use this blog post to keep everyone up to date with what the concept is. I want to use this blog to coordinate everything, so that everyone can see what's going on.

    just ones I threw out there, to get the ball rolling. If by Friday-ish no one else suggests anything, go with whatever you guys feel is right.

    That's just a suggestion I put out there and it wasn't meant to be THE name. Whatever you guys can think of off the top of your heads, send it my way, I'll add it to the post and then can agree on one together. Unfortunately, the promotions team needs to have a concrete name soon so they can start actually promoting the event.

    i was thinking does the 'Dare to Stare?' slogan sound too much like as if we're trying to promote something horrific?...i know i came up with this suggestion of having it as a slogan but this just sounded weird to me for a moment.

    i think dare to stare sounds good, it's catchy and people will remember it better.
